Leadership & Conflict Management
Successful teams and businesses rely on members with excellent interpersonal communication skills to maintain positive relationships in all aspects of the business and mitigate conflicts. This class teaches communicating effectively in teams and other face-to-face situations. Students will study and practice verbal, non-verbal, and listening communication skills. It is also a practicum of learning to work effectively in teams and projects, leveraging their leadership and conflict management skills.
